SURVEY/QUESTIONNAIRE

To collect authentic and reliable data, we decided that a questionnaire was adequate. We choose Google Forms as the platform for the questionnaire. The group chose Google Forms because it can be accessed very easily, quickly, and is practical so that it can reach a wide range of audiences/participants. In the Google Forms we created, there are several multiple-choice questions, short answers, and long answers questions which can be accessed via this link.

The questions were designed to focus on the religious, cultural, societal, and personal views that the Indonesian society adheres to; when it comes to the topic of premarital sex. To achieve our goals of raising awareness, investigating public opinion, and analyzing the issue from varying perspectives, brief explanations of premarital sex were provided before the respondents were asked to respond. The respondents of the survey will be focused on Indonesians. The group members will distribute the questionnaire to family and friends through social media platforms, namely Whatsapp and Instagram.
